â Hi Reader, When I was first diagnosed with Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension, I felt completely lost. I couldnât imagine how Iâd ever adjust to a life where my body no longer worked the way I expected it to. I fought against itâpushing myself too hard, trying to prove that I could still do everything I used to. But that only led to more pain, exhaustion, and frustration. The turning point came when I stopped resisting and started accepting my chronic illness. Not in a âjust be positiveâ kind of way (because letâs be real, thatâs not helpful), but in a way that allowed me to acknowledge my limits without letting them define me. I originally wrote about this mindset shift in January 2023, but as I revisited the post recently, I realized there was so much more I wanted to say. Thatâs why Iâve updated itâmaking it even more relevant, engaging, and full of actionable ways to find peace in the midst of chronic illness. Why Acceptance MattersIf youâve ever felt like youâre fighting a never-ending battle with your own body, I want you to know that youâre not alone. The pressure to keep up with the world as if nothing has changed is so realâbut pushing through at all costs isnât sustainable. The reality is, acceptance doesnât mean giving up. It means creating a life that works for you. It means shifting the way you set goals, adjusting expectations without abandoning your dreams, and recognizing that you deserve to build a fulfilling lifeâeven if it looks different than you planned. And thatâs exactly what this updated post is all about. Read the Updated Post NowIâd love for you to check out the newly refreshed post: đ How to Find Peace by Accepting Your Chronic Illnessâ â â â If this resonates with you, Iâd be so grateful if youâd share it with a friend who might need to hear this too. We all need reminders that weâre not alone in this journey. đ With care,

Hey Reader, If youâve been feeling completely zapped latelyâphysically, emotionally, or bothâyouâre not alone. I see you. And I know how hard it is when even the most âbasicâ things feel out of reach. When you're living with chronic illness, there are days when just brushing your teeth or answering a text feels like a full-body workout. And while rest is important (essential, even!), sometimes we also crave a sense of forward motion. We want to feel like we're doing something⌠without pushing...
Hey Reader, If youâve ever found yourself running out of energy way too soonâbefore youâve even tackled the things you need to do, let alone the things you want to doâyouâre not alone.
